Shipping Policy

Usually ships within 2 days. However we only ship Monday-Thursdays. If ordering on a Thursday, for freshness please select Express shipping for Friday arrival. Please email us if you have a specific arrival date need.

Return Policy

We ship Tuesday-Thursday. If ordering on a Thursday, for freshness please select Express shipping for Friday arrival. We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We will replace or refund the cost of the product in the event that it arrives damaged or the product does not meet your expectations. We are not responsible for products that are: damaged after the first delivery attempt, returned due to a wrong address, or returned as undeliverable. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, please provide pictures of any damage caused in shipping so that we can expedite a claim with the shipper. Our products are perishable. You’ll probably enjoy them so much that you will eat them all at once. In the event that your sweet tooth is overloaded and you don’t finish them all in one sitting, feel free to store them in an airtight container for up to 5 days. If you feel the need to freeze, please wrap sweets in plastic very tightly the day of receipt and freeze for up to one month.
