Shipping Policy
Usually ships within 2 days. However we only ship Monday-Thursdays. If ordering on a Thursday, for freshness please select Express shipping for Friday arrival. Please email us if you have a specific arrival date need.Return Policy
We ship Tuesday-Thursday. If ordering on a Thursday, for freshness please select Express shipping for Friday arrival. We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We will replace or refund the cost of the product in the event that it arrives damaged or the product does not meet your expectations. We are not responsible for products that are: damaged after the first delivery attempt, returned due to a wrong address, or returned as undeliverable. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, please provide pictures of any damage caused in shipping so that we can expedite a claim with the shipper. Our products are perishable. You’ll probably enjoy them so much that you will eat them all at once. In the event that your sweet tooth is overloaded and you don’t finish them all in one sitting, feel free to store them in an airtight container for up to 5 days. If you feel the need to freeze, please wrap sweets in plastic very tightly the day of receipt and freeze for up to one month.Product Categories

Each handmade cookie that platine produces is created from all natural ingredients, mixed in a small batch from an original recipe, baked under the proprietor's watchful eyes, and artistically hand-packaged. Named one of the Top 20 Bakeries in LA by Los Angeles Magazine, platine’s retail store in Culver City has become a local favorite for a clientele with sophisticated tastes. platine also has the capabilities to customize “Couture Cookies™;” hand decorated cookies that look good, taste good, and are designed according to the specifics of each client. All recipes have been developed by our chef and founder, Jamie Cantor.

Our Story
Platine was founded by pastry chef Jamie Cantor, who learned to cook and bake at a young age with her mother and grandmother. Jamie previously held the esteemed position of Chef de Partie at the famed French Laundry restaurant, where she worked with James Beard Award recipient chef Thomas Keller and Pastry Chef of the Year Award recipient Stephen Durfee. In late 2001, Jamie moved on to Los Angeles, where she began her own cookie baking business."I like to put a sophisticated twist on traditional baking favorites."
